Vodacom do not do what they say

24 hours ago my cell phone was. Our experience in trying to block it with the Vodacom call centre was less than pleasant.
This morning when she did her sim swap at 09.00 they promised her that it would be active with in five hours. 8 hours later and the phone has still not been activated.
