Shanelle Swart from credit rating dept.seems to be the only affecient and skilled callcentre agent who knows and values customer and handle a complaint ie most proffesional manner!! 3months walking up and down to town, countless hours on the phone callng 8ta callcentre trying to get a simswap!! With no positive feedback or followup!! The Credit rating dept manager Thulani- personaly toldme he can't callme back to give a feedback!! But today Shannelle was able to promise to callback and she did... The rest of the staff would dropcalls. Simply get clueless on what is going on!! 8ta customer service is the worst in the history of telecom... but thr will always be people like Shanelle who will go an extra mile the client!!! 1visit to the Telkom 8ta Facebook page will leave 1 devasted, of how people are suffering outside due to this useless company!!

Again thank you Shannelle for the great service I still don't belive it myself that it sorted... keepup the goodwork... Only if 8ta competitors could read this and HIRE you u dnt belong with 8ta!! You belong with mobile giants like Vodacom, and iregret migrating to this neetwork!
