So stressed after dealing with Telkom

30.04.2013 applied online to have two Waya Waya lines moved to new [URL Removed] online application as this was the only means available to me to do so. I have printouts of the successful report, acknowledgement & confirmation to collect free cordless telephone for both lines. 2.05.2013 received 1st contact sms with ref 14-418903.09.05 technician calls to install 1 line only & told to visit store to enquire re other. @ store counter hand very unhelpfully told me to call the cc. lady confirmed i need to make a pmnt of R318 for each line to get installed. stood in a line to make pmnt whilst staff still has time to answa personal call whilst busy with client. pmnt done referred back to call cc to install second line. once all detail given confirmed that installation will be done next day and i may then collect free phone. told to ask at desk if they can give it immediately. then told no i dnt qualify, the afta i confirmed with 2 cc agents and a staff member @ the branch. he too was very rude and said they done deal with this. he agian called the cc who i again had to give my dtails. said she would have her manager call. after spending 2hrs in store, 1h30 mins later, still no call
