Call centre staff are awesome!

I went to my local Telkom direct shop in Plettenberg Bay. They were very helpful but nearly a week later my new order had not even been placed with head office.

I then called 10210 and an extremely helpful and friendly operator took all my details and placed the order for me. Credit checks and all I was done within 15 minutes.

I followed up today and got through to Busi who I must say must be one of the most cheerful and friendly call centre operators I have ever dealt with. Big ups to you for being so cheerful on a Monday! I am all sorted and extremely satisfied with the service I have received thus far. I will however not be using the direct shop again, in favour of the wholly competent call centre staff.
