Don't answer their phones and then you have to pay

I had to cancell my internet service on the 1st of May 2013, but since the 1st was a public holiday, I could only phone them on the 2nd.

Problem is that on the 2nd, nobody answered the phone! I held for ages and tried many times.

I waited for the next day and tried again. Finally got through and went through the process, but was then told that the cut off date was on the 2nd!

Now I will be billed for an extra month. Also the general attitude is: but that is the system and there is nothing you can do and we cant really help you and blah blah blah!

Mweb is just one more company that will not LISTEN and ASSIST their customers with a tailor made solution!

Disgusted!!
