Really disgusted

My wife was recently called by MTN, and offered a package whereby you get two phones blah blah blah..Last night at 2.20am, she got two sms's telling her that her application had been declined, no reason offered.

I'm not going to divulge my financial circumstances - I will rather do that with whoever calls me to explain why it had been declined, and why we get sms's at 2.20am in the MORNING.
