Good Service from Rory

I had some issue with a handset in last year. I went to the MTN Zevenwacht store where some smart as first tried to spin me some story and had bad attitude. Then a few days later I went back and had the oppertunity to deal with Rory. He restored my faith in MTN as I was edging the decision to just cancel my MTN contracts all at once. He also recently assisted me to aquire a new data contract and service was sufficient and prompt. He is a informative consultant and knows the business he is in well which is a good qaulity and he also a guy that can surely think outside of the box in order to assist customers and keep the MTN flag flying hig. Thanks once again Rory for you great customer service it is much appreciated.
