Total disinterest in solving a problem

Electronics and household app.

My husband bought a Sony TV and surround system from the Sony Store in Gateway. Rory the store manager offered to come to our house and install it for us which he duly did. After a few days we noticed that when we switched off the TV in the TV room the TV in our bedroom also went off. That TV is a Samsung. We phoned Rory who sent some staff members to sort out the problem. After spending quite a bit of time they said that they had no idea what the problem was but that they would get back to us. After a few weeks of waiting my husband called Margarate Hirsch as they own the store. She then went on a rant saying that he had fiddled with the TV and that it was costing her money to send staff out. She then said that we must choose another brand of TV but keep the surround system. This is not what we want. My husband was shocked at her outburst and said that after supporting her for 30 years that he would no longer buy from her stores. She said that that would be fine with her. Meanwhile our problem has not been resolved. We did not install it, they did. They were quick to take our money but not to solve the problem.
