I received an 8ta bill that is not mine. I brought this up with their billing department and am yet to hear anything. I fear they may blacklist me for non-payment, as I refuse to pay for an account that is not mine. I am on the 8ta 10GB 10Gb plan, but have been charged R799 rather than the R399 I signed up for.
