Applied for a Telkom line at the beginning of the month and was told a technician would arrive today to install an ADSL line. Wasted an entire day and made several calls and was told a technician would come out before 4pm with no success. No courtesy to inform me that no technician would come out or set up a new time for installation. This is not the first time and second day wasted waiting for Telkom. With an attitude like this it's easy to believe they are battering to compete in a ever changing telecommunications market. You would think they are hungry for business.
How are small business able to compete with service of this nature.
