Waiting for phone after applying for contract

I applied for a contract with CellC last week Wednesday and the phone I chose, was out of stock, but I was told they would have stock by last week Friday. Now every time I phone this branch, they say they are still waiting for stock on this phone and they don't know when they will get it. I need this phone urgently as I want to use it for business. I have already cancelled my contract with my previous service provider.
