Blacberry Absolute Service is a rip off

I recently recharged with MTN R60 airtime to activate my bb Absolute. I used the service for 5days, and the service was exhausted, what is happening here? The airtime was used and was never carried over to data, in the event leading to the service to expire. This is very unfair, MTN needs to really sort this matter out, this BIS functionality is a waist of time and customers money. I no longer have faith in MTN after 15years of being loyal to the brand, and will move to another network. MTN you had to consult with your consumers first, this was a bad move on your part.
