I have contacted Vodacom several times over the past 2 weeks to query funds going off my prepaid account. Given that I have not subscribed to any additional services, Vodacom has no right to allow any external provider to take funds from my account on a continuous basis. The staff at the call centre are useless and dont know how to address queries or escalations. Brad Williams is an that does not return calls and Yanda the team leader is a rude, incompetent and lazy individual that refers me to the Vodacom shop for resolution. I've had enough with these incompetent staff and their pathetic attitude and I am also tired of being robbed by Vodacom so Cell C here I come. After 13 years with Vodacom, it is time to cut my losses and all my friends, family and colleagues will be doing the same. Cut your losses now and move to an alternate service provider that is transparent, honest and understands the concept of customer service. Yanda - you need to learn how to address customer complaints and not pass the buck and shout at customers. Go work in a dump where you need not work with people.
