As with another complainant on here, I also have the problem that after upgrading my contract I all of a sudden lost my 1000 sms's. I DID NOT agree to this and I am not interested in waiting for you to listen to the recording in the next FOURTEEN DAYS. FIX THIS. Why would anyone agree to pay the same amount as always for LESS???
