Still not allocating free SMSs as per contract

A couple of months ago I had the following complaint:

They gave me vouchers for the deducted funds and said the problem will be rectified. So guess how they rectified it: They stopped sending me itemized bills and still charge me for SMSs. I pay for itemized billing, since I have no choice but to do so, and the contract I took out had 1000 free SMSs per month. Why have you stopped delivering what you have contractually agreed to? Please sort this matter out.

My contract term ends on 15 August 2013, please convert my number to prepaid when my contract expires.
