It has now been 12 days since my complaint to Autopage and I have had nobody contact me regarding this. It is obvious that to them 'customer care' actually means 'customer don't care'. I have been trying to get my problem sorted out by them for 5 months, so 12 days is probably meaningless in their eyes.
