Sim repalce cost free

During last month I had this complaint:

Sisiso Mlangeni emailed and called me back and my problem was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Thank you Autopage, I was very upset about my complaint, but you saw my point and replaced my sim card cost free.
My new sim was couriered the next day!
