Unlimited problems with 3G!

I send a request on the 15th of April to the Mobile customer service email address with a indept discription of the 3G problems that I am experiencing. I received a response on the 16th which requested information already provided in the first email.
After I reponded to the email I have received absolutely no reponse from Telkom Mobile/8ta. I have followed up two times with no response!
