Vodacom's Disappointing, Inadequate Service

Even after lodging a formal complaint with Vodacom Customer Care they continue to provide me with poor service delivery. Shocking to know that there response time to provide feedback to an unhappy customer is 2 days!!! In my opinion it should be the same working day if Vodacom's Aim is to achieve service excellence!

I shall look forward to your reply regarding a simple, speedy resolution to my problem.
