Our 3G service was suspended due to lack of funds. Full amount then got debited from our bank account on the 26/04/2013, yet service was not restored. After contacting the call center, which by the way is terrible in terms of their automated system, we were informed that service would be restored after 7days. It is now the 07/05/2013, 12 full days and still no service. I contact the call center and was asked to send through proof of payment, and then get told that after they receive proof of payment, service will only resume after 48hours. So in essence it will be 2weeks from day of payment to day of having my internet service restored. Absolutely pathetic service delivery. If anybody knows of how I could go about cancelling my contract with TELKOM MOBILE please let me know.
