Multiple Issues, Treated like after yrs of

I have been a client of Client of Cell C since 2007. In May 2012, I was having issues with my Blackberry's track pad. They upgraded the software at the Esher place centre and it was working again. Then in July 2012 it simply stopped functioning. The phone was sent in for repairs. In August I got a message stating I needed to pay for the repair, despite having Cell C Cover. I refused and they claimed it from cell c insurance. In November 2012 (4 Mths Later), I was called to collect the phone. I did not accept the phone as the repairs division had lost the battery, they sent it back. In January (2 Months Later), I received another call to collect the phone, STILL No battery. To this day I have yet to receive the phone back. A TOTAL of 10 MONTHS waiting. They then decided to upgrade my contract on the 15 April to give me a new phone, an iPhone 5, but they could not activate the insurance. I tried calling the customer centre, as instructed, multiple times to have the insurance activated. They kept giving me the wrong numbers to call (0111671068). Now my phone has been and no one is accepting responsibility. Mandla, a client liaison officer, is not giving me feedback. I am angry!
