I had purchased TWO HP ProBook laptops at Notebook Company in Pretoria. Within 7 days the hard drive of one laptop crashed - Lost all my work and hours for that 7 days and could not give any client service!! The second laptop took 45 seconds to open a document. One of the laptops was replaced and the second laptop's HP software was remove in order to "make the laptop faster"... within a few days the replaced laptop showed a "blue screen". The laptop was returned and the hard drive replaced - the first laptop is still at Notebook Company. This is NOW 2 months later and the problem is still not solved!! I tried to obtain the email address of the CEO of HP, because the above is unacceptable. How can THREE brand new laptops be defective!! All my efforts to inform the CEO of my problem and the possibility that defective laptops are provided to suppliers were in vain!! I do not want the "technical department of HP" to contact me - I want the CEO of HP to contact me... lets see if you believe in your product like I believed in HP the last 15 years!?
