I have been waiting for MTN to process my application for a contract - 7 days later, i am told that they are still planning to confirm employment and to make matters even worse, I have had to chase the sales consultant to get an update NON-STOP!! - according to him, there's nothing wrong with his service, and there's nothing wrong with being off for two days, for sending me a text after my numerous phone calls requesting him to call back to then tell me that i should not give up hope... I have had to call in once again this afternoon, having waited for an update all day, to then be told by the said consultant that he is off work today and will only be able to follow up tomorrow - absolutely shocking. I would like to know if this is what MTN deems to be acceptable service? or whether management could not care less...
