CellC's service is utterly pathetic

I applied for a contract through CellC on the 11th of Feb for the samsung S3. When speaking to the consultant I was told that they just needed a copy of my ID and payslip and that my application will be processed within the next 3-7 days.
I waited until the Friday and had yet to contact me with any feedback, it took them until the 19th to send me a sms saying that my order has been issued and will be delivered shortly. I then called on the 20th (today) waited 19 min for the to answer and then to be told that I will have to wait 5 days until the order for the phone is placed. Another 5 days until the order is received and then another 5 days to have my phone sent to me. This is a total of 13 excess days I have to wait for my phone.
This service is pathetic and I feel that Cellc can not handle the work load and that their processes are stupid and unhelpful. I am the customer. I keep being told to phone back withing the next 3 days for an update... I should be contacted, not the other way around.
