Phone in for repairs 2nd time in 2 months

I took my Blackberry 9790 to the Cell C shop in Welkom for the 2nd time in 2 months for repairs. The last date I booked it in was 13/09/2013, it is now 23/09/2013 and I still don't get a satisfactory answer from the repair centre on what the problem with the phone is and when will I have it back. I asked the guy at the Cell C shop to mark the repair as urgent because I feel it is a comeback on the previous repair and I use the phone for bussiness, I am now forced to use my old Blackberry. Please attend to the problem and give me an acceptable answer. The repair reference number is PRE 443494 / CLC962806
