Not willing to replace broken cellphone

HI PETER
WE joined MTN last year with great exitement thinking we had finally chosen the best cellphone service provider. We ahd problems from the start with the phone and still. It has been sent in for repairs NUMEROUS times with the similiar problem. After the second time we expected MTN SOUTH AFRICA would replace it, (THAT IS WHAT CELLC AND VODACOM DOES) even the staff at the MTN branch is surprised each time it is sent back. It works fine for a month or two then the same problem occurs again.(NOT BEING ABLE TO RECEIVE OR MAKE ANY CALLS OR SMS) I have also send an e-mail their hvrc.(still waitiing for a reply since last year) I think it is their technical department.
Nobody from MTN has ever tried to contact me with an apology or solution?
I thank you in advance, cause I dont know who to turn to next?
