I phoned my insurance compnay on the 11th November 2013 with regards to a claim that had to put through. The response was that they would call me back within the next 48hours stating that wether my claim was approver or not. There was no feedback / response until the 20th Novemeber 2013. The consultant confirmed that my claim was approved but she still needs to get clarification (quatation) on the amount what they were going to pay out. I was promised that i would be given feedback before the end of the day (20 NOV). I phoned on 25 November 08:30 to follow up on my claim because i did not get any feedback on the status, the person i spoke to told me that Zethu is just busy on the other phone with a client and she will phone me back as soon as she is done with the other client. Up until now i still did not receive any phone call from them. I am extremely unhappy with the clientele service and there time management. Their 48 hours now bacame two weeks and counting!
