Cell C
Cell c staff can't do their job!

I took out this service at cell c called "Get it" and I thought I don't really go out much and I won't be really using thins service. I phoned cell c and I asked them to cancel it, they said it was canceled. For the passed 2 months I still got charged for the " Get it" service but its been cancelled! How does this work I have an 2nd email I sent them about this matter and they didn't even have the decency to phone or to email me, can't you guys do your job?
