We normally recharge our BIS service with 30 day service @ R27 and it comes off our airtime - we do not need more airtime or anything else and that is why we do it that way. In Dec we did it as a reoccuring BIS R27 service thinking it would work the same and come off our airtime. When the Jan D/O went off and it was more I phoned Cell C straight away and told them to cancel it and i would do it the old way, they assured me it was cancelled (I have reference numbers for all these calls emails and read receipts for all emails) When Feb D/O went off it was once agian wrong even after the Cell C staff had assured me it was cancelled i phoned and requested a refund as i had ref # for previous call to cancel and was once again PROMISSED it was fixed now not trusting the service i phoned again and asked to confirm it was cancelled i was assured it was and got ref # again. Then next D/O went off and the same thing the charged me again for a reoccuring service i had been assured was CANCELLED in Jan/ Feb and Mar. I have sent emails for my refunds and to stop their mistakes and i get no replys and no one capable of doing anything about it - Cell C seems to be incapable!
