NOKIA 311 NOT WORKING

Hi, i purchased a Nokia 311 in December 2012 on a 2 year contract. Today it is 16/10/2013 and I have given my phone in 4 times to Vodacare Somerset West Branch due to the same problem that is re-occuring since short after I purchased the phone. After 4 times, the phone is still giving the same problems!! I miss calls and messages even though my phone is always on. I have to restart the phone at least 4 times a day if i want to send messages of phone in order for it to work. I have done a sim swop hoping that this will help getting a new sim card in the new phone, but it didnt work. While I use the phone, either whatsapp, sms or on the internet, the phone screen goes black, then white, then black then it looses signal and i have to wait a few seconds and then start from the beginning, or restart the phone. On the last occasion that Vodacare took in my phone, the 4th time, they said they gave me in return a brand new phone. Why is it then that the same problems are still there? This is not normal or right. I dont trust that by giving in the phone for a 5th time they will fix it. The only solution is that they grant me to stop my contract, and get a different phone.
