STILL NO RESPONSE FROM USELESS UNISA!!

I originally logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 9th January, a week later, and all the other queries around mine that had been answered except mine, i logged another one, 16th January - it is now the 18th February and to date have still not been answered on either two of my complaints. I logged my original query with the designated email lines that were given to me and received the case numbers etc (12327NX09588) this was all back in November 2012. I received a response on the 15th January from Mahupa Lesufi who advised that he HOPES Artes emaill address will respond to me as he has forwarded this on there. to date no response. This is pathetic service supposed to be from an educational institute. No wonder our country is how it is!!

This is going to be reported to the newspaper as well as the education board, not that I am expecting anything to happen with this again, but thought I would put it out there, its disgusting how students and even potential students are treated.
