Eskom ESIP Project Coordinator Abandons Daughte

Penny Herbst Project Coordinator of ESIP Eskom, bipolar and narcissist throws Daughter out of the car and drives off! It is one responsibility to make right the actions but it is even more of a responsibility to have a child.
Penny Herbst pulled the car over and left her daughter on the streets one morning of 2013. later that year after no contact her daughter tries to arrange Christmas plans with her mother, only to sit and talk her as she puts on her fa? ade of "the perfect person done nothing wrong mother". About two weeks later Penny Herbst refuses to pay maintenance for her daughter or contribute in anyway reason being that Penny Herbst feels as if she is not her daughter no more.
