PATHETIC BILLING SYSTEM

I HAVE HAD AND WORKED IN THE CELLULAR INDUSTRY FOR MANY YEARS AND DECIDED TO GIVE 8 TA A GO. ALTHOUGH I CANNOT FAULT THE SERVICE RECEPTION ETC THE BILLING AND ACCOUNT SYSTEM IS PATHETIC. I USUALLY PAY MY ACCOUNTS IN ADVANCE BEFORE MY DEBITS AND THEREFORE AVOID THE DEBIT GOING OFF MY BANK ACCOUNT BUT IT 8TA INSTANCE THE SYSTEM IS JUST TOO DUMB AND ALTHOUGH MY SERVICES HAVE BEEN PAID UP FRONT ANV IN ADBANCE I HAVE NO SERVICE BECAUSE OF SYSTEM BILLING ERROR OR THE SYSTEM SAYS I OWE THEM FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT USE. ANY-WAYS I WOULD LIKE TO SEE TELKOM TRY TO GET THE REMAINDER OF MY CONTRACT PAID BY ME BECAUSE I AIN'T PAYING FOR NO SERVICE FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS MINIMUM YET MY PAYMENTS CLEARLY REFLECT ON THERE SYSTEM. I WONT EVEN CALL THEM AGAIN AS I RECEIVED THREE DIFFERENT BILLING INOVICES/STATEMENTS/SMS MSGS AND 2 DIFFERENT CALL CENTRE OPERATORS GIVING ME DIFFERENT STORIES. 1ST STAEMENT SAYING THE AMOUNT THAT I KNOW I WAS SUPPOSE TO PAY, THE OTHER STATING I HAVE A CREDIT FOR R152 RANDS AND THE LAST ONE STATING I OWE THEM R390.28 SO IS 8TA UPTO.
