I took a contract with you guys and on that day I told your agent that I want a Top up. I told her that I do not want to see myself paying more than R250 she assured me that I will just pay that R250 and not more. Now when the statement comes I must pay R699. What is really going on her? I tried my atmost best to call your accounts department but its always busy, I work at a call centre I know when a agent hangs up on perpose as this call was about to be answered after waiting for a very long time this person drops the line.
