I've been paying double!?

In January 2013 I was contacted by a less-than-competent telesales individual from Nashua Mobile informing me that I need to renew my package for Internet usage. Being a (seemingly foolish) loyal Nashua Mobile client for the past 9 years, I agreed. A few weeks later I realised that the micro-sim in my iPad was still operating, but the regular dual sim for my laptop has been deactivated. After a visit to my nearest branch, this incident baffled the staff for the better of 20minutes before they figured out that my Internet was now on a regular data contract, not a topup as previously ordered, and this apparently does not allow for dual sim usage. I shudder to wonder whether the telesales staff member was even aware of what he was selling me? I dismissed the incident and carried on with my newly unwanted 24-month signed contract, until this morning, after inspection of my invoices, when I discovered that I've been charged double and paying for both data packages for the whole of 2013 to date. My loyalty to Nashua Mobile of almost a decade does indeed now seem ridiculously foolish as I am not being saved time; I am not being saved money; and I am undoubtedly not being put first.
