Being blocked for complaining, and useless service

I've put up with iBurst's rubbish for long enough.

There seems to be every excuse, left right and center for whenever there's an issue with connection or email. I've complained numerous times on the facebook wall, never have I received feedback.

I've now been blocked off the facebook page, for agreeing with other complaining customers.

So let this be a final notice to you, iburst, and as well as other people who might be conned into using this 'service' provider.

There is often a lack of quality service. There is no customer feedback which is TRUTHFUL. Rudeness and inability to communicate with customers. Breaching contract, due to lack of service for several cases.

I will gladly be leaving your company, and I'll enjoy watching it fall to the ground.

I've given my cell number, do not contact me as I have no interest on speaking to your people unless its to offer me priceless deals which no one else has.
