I was struggling to get my account closed and credited, as a result i was put on ITC in error. I spoke to Priscilla yesterday Late morning and i have already received a letter today explaining everything to the bank, my account is now resolved and i will be taken off ITC.
Priscilla was extremely helpful and efficient and i sincerely thank her.
