I cancelled my Vodacom contract 8 months early and was forced to pay penalites which I duly did. They then continued to deduct the debit order from my account. I have now been on the phone for 4 days, I have held on for hours at a time, every time I get through I get told that cancellations is the problem, then when I speak to cancellations I get told that accounts is the problem. No-one in this company knows what the is going on.
