Internet suspended for 2 weeks!

My internet has been suspended for the last 2 weeks and after several phone calls to the Telkom call centre, nobody can still tell me why? There is apparently no technical problem, the data is not capped, the modem is functional and the billing is up to date. I have been promised a phone call but am still waiting for that days later. The department which has the authority to un-suspend the dsl line is not contactable.

Please resolve the issue as I work from home and am incurring costs using 3G data to do my work.
