TAKE SO LONG

I have a contract at MTN (which my mom pays for and also unhappy about their service) and my upgrade was due 1st April. Exactly a week ago I went to go upgrade to a laptop. They have told me it will be ready to pick up at the store in 2-3 days. Its been a week now and they keep telling me it will be ready in the next few days. I need the laptop so I can study and do my uni work on it. Can't understand why these people take so long.
