MTN IN DURBAN

I have received two calls from MTN saying I took a cellphone last year May 2012 in Durban. In September 2012 they called again to say I took a phone and had to go make an affidavit at the police station to report the issue. I thought this issue was resolved. Last week I was informed I took a laptop and a modem on the same account. I am surprised because the account is now overdue to R 19, 000.00.
I do not stay in Durban for one and I have queried this issue to say that I do not have these items. Who authorised these items to taken in my name? I am tired of reporting the same issue over and over. Please assist.
