Hi.
I had two contracts with vodacom which i requested to be cancelled (on the same day) and only one was cancelled the other one (071 353 9484) wasn't. I called vodacom to investigate why was this the case and i was told by one of their Agent Dineo on the 2013-04-23 that they will investigate and check their call records and get back to me. I was advised this will take 72 hours and still to this date i havent heard anything from vodacom.
