PATHETIC Signal Reception & POOR Customer Service

As from Nov/Dec'12 I have been experiencing pathetic signal in my residential area for the MTN data package. I though its was due to school holidays & more people @ home. I called MTN over&over & they told me to remove sim card & put back in this did not work. On return to work (14-01-2013) I called MTN Coverage to complained (Ref-0049514). I was told Clive would attend to this & that he would need to come test the area. Noone came, noone called. I called NUMEROUS times after & I was told the SAME thing (see call log off reference no). End Feb'13 (after numerous calls) I received a call from a company who wanted to install 3G. FINALLY months later 3G was installed. Excited to go home &test the 3G & NO surprise 3G did not make any difference. NUMEROUS calls later I FINALLY got hold of Yasseen & Clive - thinking they would help me BUT ofcourse NO help. They want to install another item to assist me, but I have told them - I have been patient enough & I would rather have my account cancelled -this was 8 April 2013 numerous mails back&forth & YES I had to e-mail them AGAIN & OFCOURSE they are on leave. They claim they provided solutions. What solutions I keep calling & emailing NOTFAIR
