JUST PLAIN BAD SERVICE

So late Feb or early March I put in an appliation form to subscribe for the 10GB promo 24 month contract, this included the Huawei router and a SIM card. I was informed that the router was out of stock but will be kept informed concerning the application. NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME AND GIVE ME AN UPDATE. I have been to the store twice already, requesting them to change the application to an ADSL one, but now they cannot find my form. I was also told that TELKOM DOESN'T HAVE AN ACTIVE CONNECTION TO MY RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX.Which to my belief is a terrible excuse as I have 2 close friends with ADSL from Telkom living in the same residential area.

When I call the store, no one bothers to answer and one of the ladies even ended up telling me that 'WE HARDLY EVER ANSWER THE PHONE', i fthis is the case then whats the whole point of placing the number on the web.

Can someone please asist me as I'm getting really frustrated.
