For the past few months MTN has been suspending my service for some strange reasons only known to them. When inquiring about this I would be told some of the lame excuses that makes one wonders if MTN thinks that one is a.
For few months now upon inquiring MTN is pushing for me to increase my bill limit and I constantly refused to do that. Is service suspension a punishment for refusing to increase my limit?
For instance, this billing month my account is below the limit by approx. R 600.00 and my service is suspended!

MTN call centre leaves too much to be desired to say the least. When you ask why, it is either the agent will take you is circles repeating same thing over and over again without listening to what you are saying, or at times refuse to answer your question at all. This is really sickening and frustrating that as a customer i should be treated like this.

MTN please clean your act and take your customers seriuosly.
