Account still active after signing a Cancellation

I have closed my account beginning of February and still 8ta takes my money. After not wanting a new upgrade I have signed a cancellation form and was told that Feb will be the last payment. I went in to the branch after a March payment went off for answers and I was guaranteed it was cancelled and March was the final payment. I left a message for 8ta to phone me back right after on the website and still waiting for a call.

Last night a debit order went off again! I am sick of service not being delivered. I want it cancelled but it seems like 8ta is either too desperate for lack of finances that they keep taking my money or its pure incompetence that my account is still active after a form was signed.
