Cancellation of membership

I stay in vanderbijlpark, more than 2 years ago, i worked away on Duvha Powerstation and while i was working away from home, i signed a gym contract at planet fitness for 12 months, which has expired long time ago.

I went to Witbank personally to cancel the contract which they automatically renewed the contract after 12 months without a phone call or informing me whatsoever. I did manage to cancel the contract more than 2 months ago and the company is still debiting R370 - R415 a month. I have phoned how many times to try and sort this situation out, but the service is so weak that no one can help me.

The one time i phoned the branch to try and clear this situation and told them i have cancelled the membership and that they should look it up in the cancellation request book, their reply was they cannot find the book, i must fax the copy i have to them, which i did and got no reply. Still they are deducting money from my account.

Who knows who else's money they are taking?
