I joined Planet Fitness in 2009, a few months after signing up I spoke wih the manager at the time to cancel my contract due to bad service, 2 years passed and suddenly I receive a call from Saya Recoveries claming my account is overdue, after many complications and even making a payment of over R2000 where I was guaranteed that I would be removed from their books they keep deduxting from my bank account, I have had to go to the branch numerous times where I was told my contract had not been cancelled even though a cancellation form.was sent through to thwir head office at least 4 times. Every month R1000 is deducted from my bank account and each time I return to Planet Fitness I am told that they have no record of me cancelling and keep promising to cancel it... this has been going on for years and I am utterly disgusted by their bad business ethics. I urge anyone disgruntled by their service to contact me on [Email Removed] as I will be taking this matter along with others to the media... like these need to be shut down
