Sold a contact but charged for anothe

In December 2012 Sunningdale gym was running a promotion. I have all pages with contract packages to choose from and my signed contracts. I was sold a two year premier membership for the price of R379. The person responsible (Marietjie Nell) still signed my contract as to assure me that that will be the price I will be paying. Now I am being charged R529. When I questioned this Marietjie Nell directed the email to someone else (Tracy James). I am now being told that I can not get the contract I was sold because they do not have a contract like that available and I must let them know if I want to downgrade the contract (If I wanted the downgraded contract I would have signed up for it from the start. Now I am being told that I understood the sale wrong if this was the case why did Marietjie Nell sign my contract to confirm the price I will be paying. I worked in sales before and this is a simple way of boosting your sales for commission purposes and now me as the customer must pay because someone else wanted a better commission. I have all documents issued to me on the day please advise the way forward from here.
