Good day

I joined Zone Fitness on November 25th where they had this promotion going on - We are running a fantastic deal this week until month end. You pay R150 joining fee and save R360. (Rest of November Free as well as the whole of December FREE).

A few weeks after I've joined, I started receiving text message from them telling me that I need to pay for the month of November, which I think is ridiculous!! I then called their office and spoke to their Sales Manager who helped me via email as I have everything in black and white, Marietjie Nell after I dealt with their staff at the branch telephonically. Their sale manager then told me that she understand and that she would sort things out.

Now, I am required to pay for November and December! I refuse to pay because as per the contract. Why run a promotion advertising that we do not need to pay for November and December??? I am so upset and I am going to consult with my lawyer today and I am going to take this to my journalist friend who works for a news paper agency in Cape Town.

I am NOT paying and that's it and I am cancelling my contract.
